Hello there! It’s time for a check-in to see how Week 2 is going. My hope is that you’re beginning to make meditation a daily practice and that you’re noticing some positive changes. - Have you tried any of the Peacefinder exercises? Which one(s)? What did you notice before, during, and after the exercise(s)?
- What do you think of Long, Slow, Deep Breathing? How does it help you during or after your meditation?
- How are you able to stay consistent with scheduling your meditation times? What is working well for you? Any challenges? How did you overcome them?
