I hope you’ve had a chance to download the Insight Timer app and try the Dopamine Rebalance Challenge. It began yesterday and so far I think it’s pretty good. The short, targeted sessions are designed to teach us one skill per day that will help us to recognize the trigger or urge, pause to create a gap, and then we can make the choice to act . . . or not. If you missed yesterday’s session please don’t worry. You can always do Days 1 and 2 today. π
I encourage you to give it a shot. I’ll be continuing with the challenge in addition to my regular meditations. Let me know what you think of the challenge and how it’s helping you find satisfaction and joy in the “ordinary”. Namaste.
